I often work with people navigating life transitions, both expected and unexpected, as well as those living with  chronic or acute trauma and the emotional weight that can quietly build alongside them.

Through gentle conversation, reflection, and practical support, we focus on creating tools that feel grounding, supportive, and meaningful in your everyday life,  helping you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
