I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and real. My work is grounded in the idea that healing doesn’t happen alone - it happens in relationship, in creativity, and in the small, steady moments of feeling seen and understood.
A warm welcoming space
In sessions, I show up as a steady and supportive guide rather than an expert with all the answers. I value curiosity, humor, and honesty, and I move at a pace that feels respectful of each person’s story and nervous system. Whether I’m working with a child, a family, or an adult navigating chronic health concerns, my goal is always the same: to create a space that feels grounded, predictable, and human.
My work has grown out of years of walking alongside children, families, and adults in both clinical and community settings. I’ve had the privilege of working in homes, hospitals, and youth services programs, which has shaped a steady, practical approach to care that stays focused on real life and not just what happens in the therapy room.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my bachelors degree from Nicholls State University and my Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University.
In my current role, I support and supervise therapists working with families across evidence-based programs, helping them grow clinically while staying grounded in ethical, compassionate, and child-centered care. I’ve also spent time in healthcare settings, supporting individuals as they navigate chronic health concerns, complex systems, and the emotional weight that often comes with both.
Across all of this, what matters most to me is creating spaces where people feel steady, respected, and understood - whether that’s a child finding their voice through play, a family working through a hard season, or an adult trying to make sense of change and uncertainty.
If you’re wondering whether this space might be a good fit, I’d love to connect and learn a little about what you’re looking for.
