A warm welcoming space
In sessions, I show up as a steady and supportive guide—not someone with all the answers.
I value curiosity, honesty, and a pace that respects each person’s story and nervous system. Whether I’m working with a child, a family, or an adult navigating chronic health concerns, I may incorporate creative and experiential approaches alongside conversation to support deeper understanding and regulation.
My goal is always the same: to create a space that feels grounded, predictable, and human.
My work is shaped by years of walking alongside children, families, and adults across clinical and community settings. I’ve worked in homes, hospitals, and youth service programs, building a practical, relationship-focused approach that extends beyond the therapy room.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Bachelor’s degree from Nicholls State University and a Master of Social Work from Louisiana State University.
In my current role, I lead and support therapists across multiple evidence-based programs, helping ensure care remains ethical, effective, and deeply human. I’ve also spent time in healthcare settings supporting individuals navigating chronic illness and complex systems.
Across all of my work, I integrate both structured, evidence-based approaches and creative, expressive modalities to meet people where they are.
At the core of my work is a simple goal: to create a space where people feel steady, respected, and understood. Whether that’s a child finding their voice through play, a family moving through a hard season, or an adult making sense of change and uncertainty.
